HCFB staff and volunteers are trained as Navigators through the Department of Health and Human Services' Community Partner Program. They are available to assist those in need with their applications for SNAP Benefits, TANF Cash Help, Health Care, Support Services, WIC Food Benefits, and more on a weekly basis.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring all that apply:

  • Driver's License or ID
  • Proof of ALL income
  • Any documentation specifying that you cannot work
  • ALL bills
  • ALL proofs of ownership
  • Proof of any loans or outstanding debt
