What can we do with your donation?

$1 can provide 4 meals.

For every $1 you give, we can provide at least 4 meals to your neighbors in need.

$14 can sponsor 2 kids for a month through our backpack program.

We purchase kid-friendly items like ravioli, granola bars, apples, and tuna that are given to various schools through our backpack program. These schools discreetly hand out this food to students in need. Your $14 donation can sponsor food for 2 children for one month in this program.

$24 can purchase groceries for a week for our cooking classes.

We provide a snack or meal, along with an educational lesson at various nutrition classes each week. Your donation of $24 can fund classes, like our Kids Cooking Club or our family-friendly Food Wise class, for one week.

$40 can fuel food transportation for a week.

Our food rescue vans pick up food Sunday - Friday from community partners around Hays County. Your $40 donation can cover the fuel for one of those vans for one week.
